Do not share patient information outside the working environment, whether verbally, in writing, or through any device.

Do not post, forward, screenshot, or share any patient information online — including on social media, personal messaging apps, or any public or private platform outside official clinical use.

Any staff member found violating this policy will be reprimanded and sanctioned accordingly, in line with clinic policy and applicable law.
